The Christmas wreath is for the hope in Christ- the everlasting light.
The star on top of the Christmas tree is for the star that shown when Christ was born.
The Christmas tree comes from Germany and started with a light festival on the 21st of Dec, that the Christians use.
Christ was really born in April, but it is because of the Pagans that it is celebrated in Dec, because of the Harvest Festival that they had.
Christmas is a mix of different cultures and things have been added here and there, but the meaning of Christmas has always been the same-
The birth of our brother and Savior and Redeemer- Jesus Christ the Lord!!!!
